Her supposed "right match" might just be the wrong brother.

WRONG BROTHER, RIGHT MATCH
Anyone but You #3
Jennifer Shirk
Releasing Dec 5th, 2016
Entangled BLISS

Matchmaking guru Kennedy Pepperdine’s life is perfect. Perfect job. Perfect friends. Perfect boyfriend. Except...when she gets trapped in an elevator with a handsome stranger, she accidentally confesses a secret: maybe her perfect boyfriend, Justin, isn’t so perfect for her after all. But a matchmaker should be able to successfully match herself, right? Thankfully, she’ll never see the handsome stranger again. Until she heads home with Justin for the holidays and learns that the sexy stranger is none other than Justin’s older brother, Matt.

Matt Ellis is trying to be on his best behavior for his mother—it is Christmas, after all. But when he recognizes the beautiful woman from the elevator—the one he hasn’t been able to stop thinking about for months—his best behavior is being held by a thread. Matt’s always sacrificed for his family, and nothing is more important than their happiness, but the more time he spends around Kennedy, the more he wonders if her supposed "right match" might just be the wrong brother.

My Review: 5 Stars

I'm in love! One of my favorite movies of all-time is While You Were Sleeping and this story has that vibe. Kennedy is the mastermind behind a matchmaking agency and everything in her life is perfect. Or is it? A little sparky incident on a stuck elevator in Vegas leaves her wondering if her perfect fiance is really the perfect one for her. Imagine her surprise to find that dream man is her fiance's brother!

Kennedy just wants to be loved, have some roots and traditions, and to be happy. Because of her unstable upbringing, she comes off as being a little rigid at times, but she still puts people first.
It takes a pretty amazing person to do what she did. Justin, the fiance, is pretty aggravating. Work, work, work--that's what drives him. Matt, the brother, has got to be the sweetest guy ever. I love the friction between him and Kennedy, as their interactions made my heart sing. That said, there's an obvious love triangle, but that doesn't bother me. There's also a complete cast of adorable characters in this book.

The whole plot moved at a steady pace and engaged me throughout. I love a good chemistry and the emotional tugs are perfect. This is the type of story that makes me feel good and happy, especially with the heartwarming Christmastime activities and the magical miracles of the season. This is definitely one to re-read every year.

Content: mild-moderate swearing; one very mild moment of violence; mild romance (kissing).

Jennifer Shirk has a bachelor degree in pharmacy-which has in NO WAY at all helped her with her writing career. But she likes to point it out, since it shows romantic-at-hearts come in all shapes, sizes, and mind-numbing educations.

She writes sweet (and sometimes even funny) romances for Samhain Publishing, Avalon Books/Montlake Romance and now Entangled Publishing. She won third place in the RWA 2006 NYC's Kathryn Hayes Love and Laughter Contest with her first book, THE ROLE OF A LIFETIME. Recently, her novel SUNNY DAYS FOR SAM won the 2013 Golden Quill Published Authors Contest for Best Traditional Romance.

Lately she's been on a serious exercise kick. But don't hold that against her.

    1. I think I've read all of her books. They all seem to have a little language and some kissing--maybe a little innuendo. I would consider them clean!

  3. YAY! I am SO glad you LOVED this book! It's definitely a MUST read! And I have to say that I HATE love triangles! But for this one I had zero problem with it! Why?! No clue! But I absolutely LOVED this book! Hehe.

    1. I think it's because she wasn't full on playing them both. She tried to fight her feelings and do what was right but when he's not even around, it's hard to do. :) I'm glad you loved it too!
