My Review: 5 Stars

I love Hawaii and Maui's near the top of the list! I'm dying to go back and this is as close as it gets right now. When Grae breaks of her engagement, she decides to still take the honeymoon trip to Maui--alone. Celebrating New Year's Eve is enlightening, but lonely. A New Year's surprise, Tate, makes her reevaluate things and start living again.

Although this story is very short and sweet, it really packs a punch. From the beautiful, tropical setting, to the vibrant characters, to the fun-filled events they participate in, this book is sure to draw a reader in and engage him/her in one sitting.

I would have loved to see this done in a full-length novel, but I was still satisfied with everything, as key points were addressed. It's a perfect read for the busy holidays or any time you want a quite bite of romance.
