My Review: *****--5 Stars. I thought this was the perfect little escape book. I've come to find that I'm definitely a mood reader. Sometimes I'm in the mood for a good mystery and other times a clean romance, and some conflict is a bonus. Yet at other times, I just want to read a cute little story that makes me smile--one where I don't have to think too hard about. This one was a perfect fit for that mood.

Lash (doesn't MLM come up with the most awesome names?!) is a hottie veterinarian in Eastern Colorado. He's so strong and manly, yet he's not afraid to laugh and have fun either. He's kind, protective, strong, and fun. I love how determined he is and how quickly he makes his mind up. 

Fairlee is quite the character!! I love how she rambles on and on and gets off on crazy tangents. She has so many funny things happen to her and instead of becoming super embarrassed and hiding out, she rolls with the flow and laughs. What a great personality trait!!

Of course, I love the immediate attraction and chemistry these two have together. Uncle Bean and Aunt Pearl were a lot of fun as well.

I think that MLM definitely succeeded in what she set out to do and that was to give me a light, fun story that put a smile on my face.
