My sister and I were just talking the other day about how much we hate to cry. When I was a teenager, however, I LOVED to dig into a #TearJerker book and let it all out. I would get so invested in the story and cry my eyes out (thank you, Lurlene McDaniel!).
I don't cry very easily or very often, but this is a book that brought some tears to my eyes. The author handles two separate tragedies in a very real way, portraying vivid emotion.
