Day 2 of the #FallIntoBooks Reading Challenge is a #BookishQuote. One of my favorites is from the book Edenbrooke by Julieanne Donaldson.

“I hope you do not let anyone else's expectations direct the course of your life.” 

I love this quote because I've learned, especially in the last few years, that when I make expectations of other people, the only person who is disappointed is myself. We all have our own paths in life to take and can't live it someone else's way.
