Can her love tame her fling?

Everly King’s life might be on a Plan B track, but she’s perfectly content with her job, her nights out at the movies, and putting her past behind her. She certainly doesn’t need to be reminded over and over that her sister is, well, engaged to Everly’s ex.

Austin Hayes is the architect hired to redesign Everly's beloved theater. As a widower with a young daughter, the last thing he wants is to juggle another relationship.

Thankfully, Austin is only in Hidden Hollows for a few weeks. A fake relationship seems exactly what both need. After all, when it’s just a fling, no one gets hurt. Right?

My Review: 5 Stars

I loved my middle row, middle seat spot for this delightful small-town romance. Everly has a religious routine that helps her find peace with her life, in spite of some family challenges. Her character struck a chord with me, as I don't like to feel out-of-control and thrive on order, but her world is tilted on its very axis when Austin comes to town.

Austin is just what the doctor ordered to force Everly out of her comfort zone and thrust her into a world of change, learning to stand up for herself, and discovering the beautiful world of compromises.

This fake relationship had tendrils of truth, which really caused it to seize my heart in its clutches. Watching Everly blossom, as these two characters found passion and healing, was worth every single page.

What is this new series??! I'm completely addicted.

Content: mild language; mild+ romance (kissing, talk of affairs)
