My Review: 5 StarsI've read this series from the start and was so excited to read Willow's story. She's the oldest sister--the mother, of sorts--and she has been a world renowned model. How fascinating is she?! Everyone has a story to tell and Willow's is tender, heart-breaking, and full of hope.When approached by a young girl to help solve a family mystery, Willow finds herself face-to-face with the one she thought was the love of her life. In a slow, graceful, and swoon-worthy progression, Willow and Corbin face their past and their future. I love how emotions and the resolution of past feelings graduation develop and come to be. It's solid and believable and let me just say, I fell for Corbin because of his obvious regret, deep passion, and persistent patience.The mystery isn't overwhelming, but a thread to bind the romance, friendship, forgiveness, and hope together. I love that this author is able to tie everything together in a way that is equally balanced.Becky Wade writes in a way that draws a reader in, causing hope to surface, and tender love to arise. I felt like an honorary character and enjoyed being a part of this family so much. I love that this story isn't one dimensional--there are so many facets that meld together in a satisfying read that will twist your heart.Content: mild, swoony romance; some innuendo, talk of past, intimate relationships (with no graphic details); moderate Christian/religious elements; mild violence*I received a copy, which did not affect my opinions. About the Author
Becky’s a California native who attended Baylor University, met and married a Texan, and settled in Dallas. She published historical romances for the general market before putting her career on hold for several years to care for her three children.
