My Review:
My 7 year old daughter loves humor and loves animals, so I thought this would be a fun book to read with her. The storyline was a lot of fun--trying to find ways to keep this silly sheep awake and the way it was told (in rhyme) was an added bonus. When I asked her what she thought about it, she said, "Sheppard was so funny because he was always sleeping no matter what Mary did!" She loved the activities included at the back of the book and spent some time with those. Finding a mouse on each page was one of them. I really liked that--there was more to it than just a quick, hilarious story.
